Patriot Valley Arms is pleased to offer a selection of pre-machined, custom cut barrels for the discerning rifle shooter. These barrels are made from only premium-grade match barrel blanks, cut specific to customer request, and they do not require the customer to send in their Nucleus rifle receiver for fitment. These barrels come pre-headspaced and are ready to be torqued down to your receiver. These will also work with the ARC Barloc - Shouldered Version if you select that option during purchase. If you have a barrel nut version of the Barloc check out our Savage Prefits: Savage Small Shank Prefit Barrel
For more Barloc information please check here in our FAQ page: BARLOC Information
Please note that not all calibers can be combined with each action selection, if an issue is present at the time work begins then a Patriot Valley Arms representative will contact the customer to clear up any perceived problems. These barrels are cut to order so as to provide the highest quality product possible for our customers.
Any questions for specific applications please send inquiries through our Contact page.
Prior to assembly lube threads with anti-sieze and torque to your action manufacturer's torque specs.
PVA strongly recommends cleaning the barrel and chamber with clean, oiled patches prior to firing for the first time.

Have put about 100 rounds through my Nucleus Group Buy barrel in .308. Couldn't be happier. Very accurate, very consistent.
This is the first PVA barrel I have had and am thoroughly impressed. Every group I have shot is sub half MOA with factory Hornady 108 ELDM 6mm Creedmoor. This has shot better than any barrel I've had before and I haven't even handloaded yet. I was able to take it at 60 rounds down the tube to a club match and get 4th place with factory ammo shooting in 15-20mph winds. I already have my next barrel on order and will continue to use PVA for future barrels.
This Rock Creek barrel shoots amazing just put my rifle together as I was eating on a stock to show up. I was in a hurry just to put some rounds Down the tube before working up a load well all I can say is the first 40 rounds I put together ranged from 38.6 to 40.3 grain of H4350 in this 6.5x47 and every 5 shot group I shoot was half moa or better. I can’t wait to fine tune a load. It should be a sub .25 shooter with no problems
