Pre-fit match barrels are the way of the future and PVA has been a fundamental driver of the market in Prefits since 2014. We have streamlined the ordering process to make it easy, quick and organized.
Our match prefits have been winning matches, setting records and harvesting game for years. The easier it becomes for shooters to use them the better everyone is.
These barrels are the award winning, PVA exclusive, micro-honed, lapped, 416RR Barrels from Osprey Barrel Works (click HERE for more about Osprey Barrel Works).
They are all stainless and exceptionally high quality blanks that we contour in house using a proprietary process.
All OBW 224 Barrels are 1:7tw 0.219 bore barrels for the best performance with the heaviest jacketed bullets and the modern, high performance solid bullets. The 7tw provides extra RPM necessary to stabilize the heaviest, longest jacketed bullets out at extreme distances but it's not too fast that it will cause problems shooting lighter bullets like 65-75 class either. It's a good balance of overall performance for a broad range of chambering options.

Most accurate barrel I've owned
I've owned barrels from other well known smiths and non have shot as accurately as this one. Fit and finish is excellent and the barrel cleans very easily.

So far so good, looks great only 5 shots so far with 88 grain eld m at 100 yards for .32 in group.

Workmanship on this barrel is outstanding, the blendedmuzzle protector is invisible. I am up to 21 rounds and still in break in but I have shot one, three shot one-hole group. It was the first multiple shot after one-and -clean regimen.

Excellent accuracy and build quality!
This is my first barrel from PVA, and it certainly won’t be the last! Excellent workmanship, excellent accuracy, even with only 20 shots so far after break in process with Berger 85.5’s, its shooting sub .25 MOA 5 shot groups at 100 yards. PVA hit the mark! Thank you guys!

excellent service, I initially screwed up my order, someone answered on the july 4th holiday and fixed it july 5th (incredible!!!), received my barrel about 3 weeks earlier than i had hoped- fits great!

Barrel quality and shipping
Wanted to add to my original review. The wait time was 100% accurate!!!! 6 weeks from order to delievery. Bore scope results, AWESOME! The chambering job is 100% No chatter, all leade rifling is consistent around the bore....rifling is perfect all the way. I honestly don't know if you can get better for more money ? I have spent more, but they are not any better shooting. I WILL be ordering again.
