Pre-fit match barrels are the way of the future and PVA has been a fundamental driver of the market in Prefits since 2014. We have streamlined the ordering process to make it easy, quick and organized.
Our match prefits have been winning matches, setting records and harvesting game for years. The easier it becomes for shooters to use them the better everyone is.
These barrels are the award winning, PVA exclusive, micro-honed, lapped, 416RR Barrels from Osprey Barrel Works (click HERE for more about Osprey Barrel Works).
They are all stainless, exceptionally high quality blanks that we contour in house using a proprietary process.
OBW 30 caliber barrels come in 1:9 or 1:10 twist options with a standard 0.300/0.308 bore geometry for the best performance with the heaviest jacketed bullets and the modern, high performance solid bullets. The 9tw provides extra RPM necessary to stabilize the heaviest, longest jacketed bullets out at extreme distances but it's not too fast that it will cause problems shooting lighter bullets like 168-175 class either. It's a good balance of overall performance for a broad range of chambering options for 308 Win through 300 Norma Mag.

Hey guys,
I just wanted to write and say thank you. Buying my first barrel for my first build was an easy task and this was something I have always wanted to do, ie; put together my own hunting rifle the way I want it. I was a little worried about an 18" barrel in .308 but the M24 is perfect. The cerakote in black is beautiful and the seamless protector fooled me when I received it as I thought it wasn't threaded. Most importantly, built on a tikka action, the rifle is shooting 1/4 - 1/2 moa with quality 150gr factory ammo. (...) This rifle now has me considering competitions to test my own abilities! TL3 SA prefit barrel
Order this barrel after reading a few reviews and honestly highly impressed with the quality of barrel I received. Definitely better then a big name barrel that is also buttoned. First match with it put me at 4th place due to the guy ahead of me broke the target at 700 yards. Highly highly recommend osprey barrels.

Amazing Accuracy & Consistent
I am 90 rounds into the barrel and it hammers. Velocity (10 round strings) was 2782fps SD of 9 (virgin brass) when I chronographed on rounds 20-30 during load dev. I checked another 10 round string yesterday (rounds 77-87) and it is 2788fps with an SD of 6 (still on virgin brass). The PVA team was fantastic to work with. Load is as follows (always work up safely in your gun) ADG Brass, chamfered and deburred 78gr of Retumbo CCI Large Rifle Magnum Primers Hornady 230gr A-Tip (0.100” jump) 0.002” of neck tension

300PRC Barrel
Just breaking in, no issues so far. I keep purchasing from these guys cause they do quality work. The prefit barrel is spot on to my ARC Archimedies action. No mus no fus. Just screw in, torque to specs run your gauges through and hit the range. You won't be disappointed with the performance (at least for me).

Fast quality service
barrel is great. shoots lights out with no load development. my old barrel was cooked and i needed it fast for a match. called patriot valley at the recommendation of a friend and explained i had matches coming up and they got me the new barrel in less than a week. i really appreciate these guys.
