Returns Policy

Returns are at the discretion of Patriot Valley Arms. Due to the largely custom ordered nature of our products any items returned will incurr a minimum 25% restocking fee if they can be returned at all. Any items with machine work started or completed are not returnable for a refund.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Shipping

Almost exclusively the products made and sold by Patriot Valley Arms are prohibited for direct export outside of the United States. In some cases there may be an opportunity to work with an exporter however this is the responsibility of the customer if we do not already have one established in your home country. Patriot Valley Arms does not actively work with a bespoke export company.
