Here's the latest from the PVA production floor: "Super Match" grade Glock replacement barrels. We have developed a unique production process and paired it with the best barrel blanks in the pistol industry. During testing we actually took rifle actions and made some test barrels to tune the accuracy and performance for our own chambering process that resulted in us having to produce test bullets to get the best performance. The barrels outshot mainstream pistol industry projectiles. We've tested them head to head and the performance is stunning...
The net result is a drop in barrel that we are confident will compare to any other Glock pistol barrel on the market. Fit and finish, accuracy and reliability are second to none.
So what makes the product and process unique? It starts with the base material and blank. We are using the same quality material and process controls that goes into making our precision rifles. From there the manufacturing process was developed around the idea that the more times the part moves from fixture to fixture the less repeatable the net result will be. Therefore we have a process that includes exactly 1 hand-off; it's robotic and repeatable to micron level. This means that while the parts take longer to produce than our competition and that means they will be more expensive, our results downrange are unbeatable.

Note: Gen 3/4 are officially cross compatible. Officially Gen 5 is not, however, the real world testing and how we (as well as others) are producing the barrels shows that they're completely compatible. In testing with Gen 1/2 pistols using Gen 3/4/5 barrels the only noted difference was that some Gen 1/2 pistols shot approximately 1.5-2" low at 25 yards. The G19x options are also cross compatible with the Gen 3/4/5 G19 barrels.
